Rates and Duration
As a non-profit our rates for mental health counseling services are set by the Board of Directors at the Medicare benchmark rates. An Donations to Edify enable us to accept medicare and medicaid in-network services.
Clients typically receive 8-14 sessions over a span of 3-6 months to accomplish their goals. You will receive a treatment plan at the end of your Intake assessment. 80% of clients complete their initial goals in less than 12 sessions. While many decide to engage new goals and continue working on further goals, we use evidence based and solution focused methods to provide effective support to your healing path. The goal of Edify is to see you rebuilt and living your life.

Intake – 90 minute mental health assessment (code 90791)
Session – 55 minute therapy (code 90837)
Insurance?
We currently accept in-network Coordinated Care (aka Centene) , Coordinated Health Plan of WA and Molina.
Edify is a medicare part B provider and in network with Part B.
We also accept most Tricare plans.
For other plans, we will submit a bill for you at out-of-network rates, or you can self-pay and then submit for reimbursement.
Be aware that often couples therapy is not covered or not qualified for insurance depending upon reasons and plans.
Other Rates
Couples, individuals and families all pay the same standard rate. Telehealth and in-person are the same rate.
A $20 discount off the rate applies to prompt self-pay if you are not having us bill insurance and your payments are made at the time of the session.
The Low-income rate is provided by donor scholarships and is available based upon qualifying income application to cash-pay clients.
